A quick update on the MSM powder I've been taking since I learned of it's benefits, as Philip mentioned in a video he posted. The MSM powder seems to help fade my stretch marks. I'm hoping it will help tighten the abs, but I know it will take some time to know if it is working. I take about 2 tablespoons each morning with a full glass of water.
