Muscles Are Developing!
My friend took some photos of my work out at the gym this past weekend. I wanted to see if there was any progress visible from all the hard work, with five days a week of strength training!
I think my arms are developing nicely. In fact, I'm surprised how the triceps are starting to show. The skin has tightened a lot in my arms and I feel so much stronger.
My trainer has helped a lot, by offering a variety of exercises ranging from body weight exercises to weight training with dumbbells with very little cardio. I've been using the rowing machine and have limited the treadmill to one or two days at week, high intensity for 5 minutes. I don't really miss doing those long sessions on the treadmill!
I'm also doing the plank challenge and have gotten up to three minutes. Still working toward that goal of 5 minutes!
Hopefully, you'll see the progress as it's been a lot of work! But it's worth it as I have a ton of energy and feel so much stronger!
