Break egg into a wide, shallow bowl, beat lightly with a fork.
Over medium-low heat, heat skillet coated with a thin layer of cooking spray. It is even better to use a skillet that does not require cooking spray.
Place the bread slice into the bowl or plate, coating both sides.
Transfer bread slice to skillet, sprinkle cinnamon on bread, heating slowly until bottom is golden brown. Turn and brown the other side. Remove from skillet when done.
Add strawberries to skillet and stir until tender.
Place strawberries on French toast and add Walden Farms syrup.
