Was This Picture Really Me?
Sometimes I need a reminder. I was looking at pictures the other day and came across a picture from May, 2010. What a difference a few years make!
I cannot believe how fat I looked. When I saw the picture, it reminded me how far I came. It reminded me why I do 10,000 steps a day. It reminded me on why I eat healthy every day.
I think when someone is fat, they do not realize how heavy they really are until they lose the weight. When I was heavy, even though I was self conscious and couldn't go to the beach, I thought my clothing hid a lot of the fat. Well, looking at this picture proves that you just can't hide fat.
Here's a recent picture to compare with the other picture. I'm sure you'll agree there's a big difference!
