Carol’s Healthy Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 boneless chicken breasts cut up in small pieces OR 2 cans of boneless chicken breast (10-12 ounces)
  • 1/2 - 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 - 1 cup grapes (seedless green or red)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cups celery (if desired)

Directions

  1. Procedure: Combine and mix all ingredients Add LITE Mayo as desired Extra option: You may replace grapes with dried cranberries (craisins) if you prefer Enjoy as a salad or in a sandwich! Enjoy a healthy meal!
